Western Rodeo and Celebration: Cheyenne Frontier Days
Each July, hundreds of thousands of visitors descend on our friendly
western town to enjoy the World's Largest Outdoor Rodeo & Western
Celebration. Ten days and nights of heart-pounding rodeo action,
thrilling big-name entertainment, the magical carnival, colorful
Indian Village, and more.

Visit Cheyenne's newly revitalized downtown. Unique specialty stores,
restaurants, early day architecture of the American West. Downtown
Cheyenne reflects much of this western town's rich history.

Gunslingers
Performances in historic downtown Cheyenne in
Gunslinger Square located just south of the intersection of Lincolnway
and Carey Avenue. Their performance season starts at high noon on
the first Saturday in June and runs through the end of July.

Located in nearby Pine Bluffs, WY. Rodeo Series
is held in historic Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Each rodeo performance
features the events listed below. Performances start at 7:00 p.m.

Warren Air Force Base
Today, every minute of every hour, members of
the "Mighty Ninety" ensure our weapon systems are SAFE,
SECURE, and READY to carry out the orders of the president of the
United States. The Thunderbirds first appeared publically at Frontier
Days in the early 1950's.
Bit-O-Wyo Ranch
Join them for one-of-a-kind western entertainment,
trail rides and a cowboy experience at the Bit-O-Wyo Ranch in the
foothills of the Medicine Bow National Forest between Cheyenne and
Laramie.

Little Theatre
The Historic Atlas Theatre has long been a part of Cheyenne's downtown.
Built in 1887, the building began its existence as a confectionary,
or candy store. It has been a vaudeville stage, a movie theatre,
and even a discotheque called “The Pink Pony”.

Built in 1981, the downtown center is operated
by the City of Cheyenne and seats about 1,500 (with 584 orchestra-level
seats, 478 loge seats and 434 balcony seats).
